Owners use these contractors and vendors at their own risk. The Association is not responsible for any damages, workmanship issues or contractual disputes between property owners and these entities. Owners shall not contract for, or approve, any work outside their unit, either verbally, or in writing, without the express consent of the Board of Directors. Any owner approving such work may be held responsible for payment of resulting charges.
